"'I was raised in a culture that insisted I could do anything; that I was without limits, given enough energy and commitment on my part; that God made things that way, and all I had to do was get with the program. My troubles began when I started to slam into my limitations...in the form of failure.' What's your most painful limitation? The one you won't admit? The one you don't want anybody to see? Acknowledge it. Seek honest feedback. Ask for God's help in accepting the limits He's placed on you for your own protection."
...This blog is for Valerie. You may not know who she is but she is like you and me. She is every girl, going through life trying to figure it all out so here are some lessons that I have learnt (or I am still learning) that may be of some help to her, and you. With Love x

Quote of the day
Man becomes a slave to his constantly repeated acts. What he at first chooses, at last compels - Orison Swett Marden
I couldn't go without commenting on todays 'Quote of the day' how powerful! Just think about it and ask yourself, as I am doing right now, what things are you choosing to do, think or partake in that will become a noose around my neck should I not choose now I have the choice/power to change now, as it goes off the top of my head I can think of three things and I sure more will come to me in time. Ummmmm...this is a great quote it has given me a health proportion of food for thought just before bed...hope I don't get indegestion!
